  • 3 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 ½ cup Hamilton Ranches Fancy Mammoth pecan halves
  • 1 unbaked 9” pie crust


Combine all five ingredients in a large bowl and mix until blended. Stir in pecan mixture into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Let cool on a cooling rack and enjoy!
